What MMO will you play while waiting for GW2 if you get bored?
Note: this isnt a "GWs1 is dieing and no one will play it soon" thread!
1000s will continue to play until GW2 is released and dont agrue otherwise. But there is going to be a % who are bound (including me) to get bored playing the same stuff for 24 months...
...if your likely to be one of them, where are you going to adventure to instead?
Healgate London (as it seems very similar to GWs with its instance system)?
WoW?
LotR online?
Something else....

Dunno, back to singleplayer? I missed so many good games while I was playing GW (I am still playing it, but not so actively).

Ditto. I already got bored with Guild Wars. Im sorry, Grind Wars. The newest add-on Eye of the Farm just got things worse. And in Quake Wars good players > bad players, while in GW it's bad player with time > good player with less time.

Oblivion, Assassin's Creed. Those are not online, but meh. If any good online games come out I'll just go and play them.

HL2 Episode Two comes out on the 10th i think, i missed Episode One so il most likely catch up on those.
For an MMO il try Aion, the trailers look good but it all depends if its worth the fee.

Assuming I get bored and run out of decent single player games... maybe Tabula Rasa? It doesn't seem too bad, although it is a bit buggy.

I tried WoW and Lord of the Rings Online. They are very very similar, and bored me.
I'll probably stick to GW and get Mario Galaxy and Metroid Prime 3 for my Wii.

Reread your statement and think again, players with more time are not better, except for a few PvE skills that come in handy while PvEing. But even with litle time you should be able to get em up to decent levels.
Ill play GW I guess but currently quite inactive due RL situations needing attention

Was thinking about Taluba Rasa, found out it was P2P, Hellgate London looked alright, but the non-paying accounts are severely limited, so I'm sticking with Crysis, Quake Wars, UT3, Haze, 'Sins Creed and the new Zelda on DS

I'm currently having my first break from GW in about 18 months and I'm playing Archlord. It's buggy as hell and laggy at times but it's a change and I'm enjoying it. It must be said though, after trying this and seeing how great a auction house works, I'm not looking forward to returning to the WTS WTS WTS spam fest that is GW trading.
